About Rayenda Technologies
A name from a river town. A promise in every build.
Rayenda Technologies is the flagship software company of Rayenda Group, in Dhaka. We build apps, websites, plugins and SaaS for clients and for ourselves: an itemised price before the work starts, and code you own when it ends.
Our story
Why "Rayenda"?
Rayenda is a small town in Sharankhola upazila, Bagerhat, on the bank of the Baleshwar river where the Sundarbans begins. Our founder grew up in Nalbunia, a village next to it, and it is the place we carry with us in everything we build. The name stayed when the work moved to Dhaka, and so did the colours of this site: the blue of the river, the green of the mangrove, the sand of the shore, and one stripe of tiger orange that we only use on a button worth pressing.
It started small: the first websites were built on Wapka from a Java button phone, then came BDTechStore, a tech community on Facebook, a YouTube channel, and Android apps on Google Play. Everything was self-taught, in the hours around a factory job.
Not all of it lasted, but the skills did. Years of client work followed: web and mobile apps, payment-gateway integrations from bKash and Nagad to SSLCommerz and Stripe, and IoT projects. Each one taught the same lesson: a client wants to know the price before the work, and to own the code after it.
In 2026 it all came together under one name. rayenda.com was secured, Rayenda Technologies became the flagship of Rayenda Group, and the way we work was written down: an itemised quote, a fixed deadline, weekly updates in plain language, and a handover that leaves nothing behind. The tagline wrote itself: From Rayenda to the World.
“The name comes from home. The colours come from home. The ambition is to take home everywhere.”
Mission
Why we exist.
Turn an idea into working software, at a price agreed before the first line is written, with code the client owns.
Rayenda Technologies exists because too many businesses, in Bangladesh and beyond, have paid for software they could not use, could not change and could not take elsewhere. We build the way we would want to be built for: the scope in writing, every item priced, the deadline fixed, and the repository handed over at the end.
Our own products hold us to the same standard. The apps on Google Play, the WordPress plugins and the SaaS we run are built with the tools we use for clients, and they have to earn their users the same way.
Vision
Where we are going.
A software company from Bangladesh that clients anywhere choose on merit, not on price.
We want the Rayenda name to mean the same thing in every project: work you can trust. The goal is a team in Dhaka that ships products good enough for any market, so that talented people here do not have to leave to do serious work, and clients abroad come here for quality rather than for a discount.
If we get it right, Rayenda will be on the map twice: once as the town on the Baleshwar, and once as the name on software that people rely on.
Values
How we work.
Honesty in every quote, ownership in every line of code, and roots we never hide.
Honesty comes first: every quote, invoice and deadline we give is one we intend to keep, and when something slips we say so early. Ownership means every line of code and every decision has a name on it; nobody hides behind a team or a process. The code we write is documented, versioned and handed over, so it is yours to keep and to change. And where we come from is part of the brand, not something to polish away.
In practice
Four rules we actually argue about.
Not a poster on the wall. These come up in real decisions, usually when one of them is inconvenient.
Every item priced before the work starts
A project page lists each piece of work with its own price. You know what the login screen costs and what the admin panel costs, and the total is the sum of the list, not a surprise at the end.
The code is yours, and it leaves with you
Every project is documented, versioned and handed over in full. Nothing is locked to our servers or our accounts; if you want to take it to another developer tomorrow, you can.
Say so early when something slips
A deadline that is going to move is announced the week we know, not the day it is due. A problem we caused is fixed at our cost, and we put that in writing too.
Support from the person who built it
A question about your project reaches the developer who wrote the code, not a ticket queue. Updates come weekly, in plain language, in Bangla or English.
